Member for Wigton (Sir Herbert Maxwell) whether he will bring before the Parliamentary Papers Distribution Committee the suggestion that Members of this House should have the same postal facilities for distributing Parliamentary Returns not exceeding four ounces in weight as they now have with respect to Parliamentary Bills?
