HC Deb 01 June 1891 vol 353 c1383
MR. KNOX (Cavan, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has yet obtained such an approximate Report of the results of the Census of 1891 in Ireland as will enable him to inform the House as to what electoral divisions in what counties will form congested district counties after this Census has been published; whether he will order a map to be constructed showing the electoral divisions in question for the information of Members; and whether he will present a Return to the House showing the capital and annual value of the Contingent Guarantee Fund in the case of each congested district county?

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

I have not yet obtained the approximate Report referred to by the hon. Member; but I have requested that it be prepared as expeditiously as possible.
