§ MR. MORRELL (Oxford, Woodstock)I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether he will consent to make arrangements for the delivery of telegrams without charge within the present boundaries of the City of Oxford?
§ *THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES, Cambridge University)I understand that what is desired is that the Receiving Office at St. Clements should be constituted an office for delivery as well as for collection of telegrams. I have had fresh inquiry made into this matter, and I am glad to say that I 918 think it will now be possible to meet the wishes of the inhabitants of Oxford.
