§ *SIR J. FERGUSSONInquiries have been made by Her Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires at Lisbon, who saw all the English alone on board the Presidente Errazuriz, including two engineers. Contracts for Valparaiso had been signed by all, and they had expressed their readiness to continue in the ship. We have no information as to what action has been taken by the French Consul at Lisbon.
