§ MR. COBBI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department 407 whether he can state the date of the certificate or authority which was given by the Home Office, under which the body of the late James M'Henry was exhumed in St. James's Cemetery, Liverpool; who applied for such certificate or authority; what was the substance of the Report of the analysis of the contents of the stomach of the deceased; and whether there is any objection to producing such Report?
§ MR. MATTHEWSThe exhumation order was granted on June 15 at the instance of the Director of the Public Prosecutions. The result of the postmortem and subsequent analysis is to point to natural causes as the source of the disease of the stomach found after death. I have no objection to showing the Report to the hon. Member.
