RADCLIFFE COOKE (Newington, W.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the Tithe Rent-Charge Recovery Bill will apply to lands and tenements, the tithes of which have been commuted by any Act of Parliament made before the passing of the Tithe Commutation Act of 1836, in the same manner as such lands and tenements were excluded from the operation of the last-mentioned Act?
