HC Deb 27 February 1891 vol 350 c1827
MR. DE LISLE (Leicestershire, Mid)

I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board if the Royal Commission upon the working of the compulsory Vaccination Acts have come to any definite conclusions; and whether there is any hope that their Report will be submitted to the consideration of Parliament during the present Session?

THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. RITCHIE, Tower Hamlets, St. George's)

I have been in communication with the Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the working of these Acts, but there is no hope that their Report will be presented to Parliament this Session.
