§ MR. J. O'CONNOROn behalf of my hon. Friend the Member for Cork (Mr. Parnell), I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury when he will be in a position to state what arrangements he intends to make for the representation of Irish interests on the Royal Commission to inquire into the labour question?
§ MR. W. H. SMITHI think it would be more convenient that I should make a complete statement when I communicate to the House the terms of reference and the names of the Commissioners.
§ MR. SEXTONDo we understand that the terms of reference will be 1851 communicated before the Commission is appointed?
§ MR. W. H. SMITHAs to that I cannot give an absolute answer.
