HC Deb 27 February 1891 vol 350 c1829
MR. THOMAS LEWIS (Anglesey)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the Government has yet decided as to the removal of the Platters Rocks, at Holyhead Harbour, which, according to the answer given last Spring, was then under consideration; if so, what conclusion have they come to; and, if not, when are they likely to decide the matters finally?

SIR M. HICKS BEACH

The matter to which the hon. Member refers is still under the consideration of Her Majesty's Government, but there are considerable difficulties in the way which have not yet been overcome.
