HC Deb 27 February 1891 vol 350 c1843
MR. BUCHANAN (Edinburgh, W.)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Commissioners charged by the British and French Governments with the delimitation of the boundaries of the British and French spheres of influence in Africa under the Anglo-French Agreement have begun their work, and what progress they have made?

The Commissioners have met, and are making progress.
