I wish to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is true that Mr. O'Brien and Mr. Dillon have been already arrested?

I have no information on the point. I imagine the question should be addressed to the Home Secretary.

I have not received any information to that effect.

Does the right hon. Gentleman expect to receive such information?
