§ MR. TAPLINGI have only a word to say, with the permission of the House. I wish to repeat my own strong opinion that my constituents at Knighton would give way on the question of voting, if the hon. Member opposite will give way as to school attendance. That would be a compromise. I will do my best to get it agreed to.
