HC Deb 05 February 1891 vol 350 c20
COLONEL NOLAN (Galway N.)

I beg to ask the Attorney General for Ireland if his attention has been directed to the distress in Dunmore, County Galway, and to the advisability of employing labour on drainage works in that locality; and what action the Government propose to take in the matter?

MR. MADDEN

The condition of the people in Dunmore Electoral Division has been receiving attention. The question of opening relief works there is at the present time under consideration.
