KNOX (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Attorney General for Ireland whether his attention has been drawn to an assault alleged to have been committed on the occasion of a recent Poor Law election by Mr. James William. Montgomery, of Borim, near Swanlibar, County Cavan, upon two children named McGoldrick, aged ten and eight respectively; and whether Mr. Montgomery will be prosecuted?
