HC Deb 04 August 1891 vol 356 c1363
THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. GOSCHEN,) St. George's, Hanover Square

It may be for the convenience of the House that I should move that the House do meet at Ten o'clock to-morrow. By meeting at that hour it will be possible to have the Prorogation to-morrow afternoon.

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House do meet to-morrow at Ten o'clock."—(The Chancellor of the Exchequer.)

(12.5.) MR. H. H. FOWLER

I suppose it is understood that no business will be taken to-morrow other than the Third Reading of the Appropriation Bill?

MR. GOSCHEN

It is to be understood that no other business will be taken at the Morning Sitting except the Third Reading of the Appropriation Bill.

Question put, and agreed to.
