I Lave to move— That the Contract with the North Lancashire Steam Navigation Company, dated the 28th day of January, 1891, for the conveyance of Mails between Belfast and Fleetwood, be approved. The period of the contract is three years from July 1, 1889, and the rate of payment is £1,000 per annum. The service has been going on for some years.
