In page 2, leave out lines 4, 5, and 6, and insert "(3.) If a market authority makes default in complying with the requirements of this section, it shall for each offence be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds, or in case of a continuing offence, to a fine not exceeding ten pounds for every day during which the offence continues,
the next Amendment, read a second time, and amended by inserting, in line 1, after the word "authority," the word "wilfully."
