HC Deb 27 April 1891 vol 352 c1481
SIR W. HOULDSWORTH (Manchester, N.W.)

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that a Bill to carry out the recommendations of the Berlin Labour Conference is at present before the German Reichstag, and that draft Bills for the same object have been prepared and published in Spain and Austria, he will cause further inquiries to be made as to measures of the same kind being contemplated in other countries which were represented at the Conference?

SIR J. F FERGUSSON

Despatches have already been addressed to Her Majesty's Representatives in the sense desired.
