§ MR. SPEAKERThere is an Instruction on the Paper which is out of order. It proposes that the provisions of the Bill should be extended to the acquisition of sites for public elementary schools; but the Bill only provides for the conversion into freeholds of the sites of places of worship held on lease. The subject of elementary schools is also foreign to the Bill.
