§ MR. M. HEALY (Cork)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether an Act of Parliament will be necessary to enable the Cork Court House to be re-built 1025 without delay; and what steps the Government propose to take in the matter?
