RE-BUILDING OF CORK COURT HOUSE.

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether an Act of Parliament will be necessary to enable the Cork Court House to be re-built without delay; and what steps the Government propose to take in the matter?
