I beg to ask the Attorney General for Ireland whether any persons have been convicted as accessories, or are awaiting trial as such, in the offence for which a warrant has been issued against the hon. Member for East Belfast?

The warrant in question was issued for the offence of inciting to the commission of the felony. There was no evidence implicating any. persons as accomplices.

May I ask what is the date of the warrant issued against the hon. Member, and what is the date of the alleged offence?
