HC Deb 16 April 1891 vol 352 c684
VISCOUNT WOLMER (Hants, Peters-field)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if it is the intention of the War Office to accede to the recommendations of the Committee of which Major General Mansfield Clarke, C.B., is President, with regard to money prizes-to recruits and trained men of the Militia; and if badges will be issued to marksmen in the Militia?

MR. E. STANHOPE

In reply to my noble Friend, I have to say the Committee has not yet presented its final Report, and its recommendations are not yet before me.
