): I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether he will give instructions that Post Office stamps shall not be impressed on the message side of postcards?

It is already an instruction to postmasters that postcards are not to be stamped on the message side, and 1 shall be glad if the hon. Member will send me any cards stamped in disregard of this instruction which he may have received.
