§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES, Cambridge University)It is already an instruction to postmasters that postcards are not to be stamped on the message side, and 1 shall be glad if the hon. Member will send me any cards stamped in disregard of this instruction which he may have received.
