MR. LAWSONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can make any such statement as he promised last year as to the position of the Yeomanry Cavalry in case of mobilisation?
§ MR. E. STANHOPENo, Sir; I am sorry to say that I can make no such statement at present. The position of the Yeomanry in such a case is so closely connected with that of the Regular Cavalry that it has not yet been found possible to lay down a definite scheme.
