STAVELEY HILLI wish to put a question to the Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether he has seen in the newspapers a telegram to the effect that a United States Revenue cutter has been ordered to cruise in the Behring Sea, and to dismantle any vessel violating the Statutes? I wish to know whether the British Government have given instructions for the protection of our vessels engaged in their legal trade?
