§ MR. BRADLAUGHI beg to ask the right hon. Gentleman the Under Secretary of State for India, with reference to a Petition presented by myself to-day, signed by 518 of the Indigo Ryots of Jessore, containing certain grave allegations, whether the right hon. Gentleman will undertake to transmit the Petition to India in order that the Government of India may make inquiry into the circumstances stated therein?
