§ MR. WEBBI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether any Return has been presented to Parliament giving the municipal population and number of municipal voters in Ireland; and, if not, whether there would be any objection to furnishing such Return?
§ MR. MATTHEWSYes, Sir; there is a Return of 1885, giving this information with regard to England, Scotland, and Wales, and a Return of 1886, giving it with regard to England. There would be no objection to continuing these Returns, if the hon. Member wishes it,
