§ *MR. W. H. SMITHI understand, Sir, that my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer undertook that I should state this evening the business to be taken next week. It is the intention of the Government to ask the House to read the Local Taxation Bill a second time on Monday, and after that Bill has been read a second time to take the remaining clauses of the Budget Bill.
MR. J. MORLEYIn case the discussion on the Local Taxation Bill should not be completed on Monday night, will it be restrmed on Tuesday?
