§ MR. BRADLAUGHI beg to give notice that, in consequence of the answer of the Under Secretary of State, unless this Memorial, a copy of which I hold in my hand, conies very soon to the Secretary of State, I shall avail myself of the opportunity of bringing the matter before the House.
