M. Ambrose, M.R.C.S.E., Dispensary Medical Officer to the Ardagh District, in the Newcastle West Union, is not compelled to comply with the Rule; and whether any complaints have been made to the Local Government Board with respect to the inconvenience experienced in the Ardagh District in consequence of Mr. Ambrose not residing therein?

No complaints appear to have reached the Local Government Board since that time.
