§ *MR. E. STANHOPEThere are no specific regulations on the subject; but it is considered that paragraphs 704 and 705 of the Volunteer Regulations are sufficient security against improper administration of the funds of a Volunteer corps, either by the Commanding Officer or the Finance Committee.
