OSBORNE MORGAN (Denbighshire)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the large and increasing number of persons described in the monthly Emigration Returns as proceeding to countries "other than the United States, British North America, and Australasia," it would be possible in these Returns to particularise the places to which such emigrants go, especially in the case of persons emigrating to our South African Colonies?
