It will be impossible to take the Tithes Bill until the Votes are passed. The Army Estimates will be taken on Thursday next, and the Navy Es[...] on the following Monday. I true the Debate on the Report of the[...]al Commission will conclude on M[...] and I think it will be for the goal convenience of the House if I mo e to suspend the Twelve o'clock Rule for that night only.
