§ MR. MADDENWarrants are in the hands of the-police for the arrest of the person charged; but they have so far not succeeded in tracing him. They will, of course, continue to make every effort to do so.
§ MR. SEXTONIn this instance was the issue of the warrant, as in another case, delayed until the person implicated had left the country?
§ MR. MADDENI can only say that every possible effort has been made to bring the individual in question to justice.
