SEXTON (Belfast, W.)I wish to remind the Chancellor of the Exchequer that a long time has elapsed since the Government undertook to nominate immediately a Select Committee to inquire into the financial relations of England, Scotland, and Ireland, and I will now ask him to say definitely on what, day the terms of the Reference will appear on the Paper?
