§ MR. J. P. B. ROBERTSONThere is no statutory provision on this subject; but I am not prepared to say that it would be illegal for a Parochial Board to remunerate a Roman Catholic clergyman for his attendance on inmates of that persuasion in cases where the number of such inmates is considerable.
