SYDNEY BUXTON (Tower Hamlets, Poplar)I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education if he will lay upon the Table of the House, and cause to be printed, a Paper showing the grounds on which he arrives at the estimate of £100,000 as the probable additional annual expenditure involved by the educational changes of this year, showing in detail the proportions of the excess due to the New Code, and to the Code Bill respectively?
