GORSTThis is a matter which was under discussion by the Secretary of State and the Government of India, when the consent of the Govern-was given to the proposed Committee on the grievances of the uncovenanted servants of India. The Secretary of State can take no further step till the House of Commons has determined whether the Committee shall be appointed.
