§ Order for Second Reading read.
THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE WAR OFFICE (Mr. BRODBICK,) Surrey, GuildfordI hope the House will agree to the Second Reading of this Bill now. Shooting has been carried on at Aldershot with some danger to the public, and this Bill provides for making a new road for the benefit of the locality, obviating all danger. I have conferred with representatives of the locality, and I do not believe there is any difficulty in the matter.
§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."—(Mr. Brodrick.)
§ MR. CONYBEARE (Cornwall, Camborne)I have no quarrel with the roads, 436 but I have an objection to Government business being carried on after 12 o'clock.
§ Second Reading deferred till tomorrow.
