§ MR. RAIKESI am happy to inform the hon. Member that arrangements have been made for accelerating the night mail service between London and Aberdeen on and from the night of the 4th proximo. The mail will reach Aberdeen nearly an hour earlier, and the return mail to London will leave Aberdeen nearly an hour later.
