§ * MR. J. P. B. ROBERTSONI am glad to be in a position to inform the hon. Member that the business of the Court of Session as regards the amount of arrears is in a satisfactory state, due no doubt to the effect of the recent Act of Sederunt and general assistance given by counsel and agents.
