ADMIRAL MAYNEI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will take care that an opportunity shall be offered, before it is too late in the Session, for the discussion of that part of the Royal Commission on Naval and Military Administration which relates to the Navy, as to which, so far, no opportunity has occurred?
