BRADLAUGHI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury on what date he will, in fulfilment of the undertaking given on 16th May last, afford the House the opportunity of passing its opinion upon the Motion, of which notice has been placed on the Paper, disapproving the Treasury Minute of 15th July, relating to perpetual pensions?
