§ MR. A. J. BALFOURThe Inspectors of Lunatic Asylums report that they have addressed the Board of Governors of the Richmond Asylum on the subject of O'Connor's death, who have appointed a special meeting, on the 22nd instant, for the purpose of further investigating the matter.
