PINKERTON (Galway)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been directed to resolutions passed on Wednesday last, at a meeting of lay and clerical members of the Irish General Assembly, demanding, for the Presbyterians, a fair share in the Parliamentary representation of Ulster, and also "the abolition of dual ownership in land;" and if he will use his influence with the Government to carry out and give effect to these recommendations?
