BRYCEI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, inasmuch as it appears that much of the Correspondence which has passed between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the United States of America, regarding the question of the Behring's Sea Fisheries, has already been published in America, that Correspondence, or any, and what, part of it will be now laid before Parliament; and whether he is in a (position to make any statement regarding the progress of the negotiations upon the subject of these fisheries?
