§ *MR. E. STANHOPEThere was no desire to exclude the Press, but admission was by ticket, and probably the repre- 1468 sentatives of the Press who were refused admission had omitted to ask for them. In future all reporters who wish to attend will be provided on application with the necessary orders for admission.
