I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can give any facilities for passing into law the Sale of Intoxicating Liquors on Sunday (Wales) Act (1881) Amendment Bill, which carries out all the recommendations made in the Report of the Royal Commission appointed by the Government to inquire into the operation of the Welsh Sunday Closing Act?
