HC Deb 08 July 1890 vol 346 cc1116-7
MR. CAUSTON (Southwark, W.)

May I ask the right hon. Gentleman what facilities he is prepared to give for making progress with the measure relating to Water Companies' charges?

*MR. W. H. SMITH

I am sure the hon. Member must know that in the present state of business it is impossible; for me to offer facilities for any Bill.

MR. CLANCY

I beg to ask what Vote will be taken in Supply after the Constabulary Vote?

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

The Vote for the Lord Lieutenant and the Chief Secretary, and after that the other Votes in their order. If, however, hon. Members below the Gangway have different views, I shall be glad to hear them.
