§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES,) Cambridge UniversityThe intention is that, if possible, all officers who can be spared shall have a holiday on July 2, and those who cannot be spared shall have a holiday on some other day during the year. All substitutes will be paid by the Department.
